Shipping & Returns

RetailWineRacks.com online shop will ship your order to 100% of businesses addresses in the US , and to every residential address in the US with UPS Home Delivery service. There may be additional charges for orders to PR, AK & HI as well as APO and FPO addresses. If there will be additional charges, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. We are not able to ship orders internationally through our online ordering process however can arrange international shipping if you call us.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to Canada and most locations throughout the world. Unfortunately, due to the complex customs, duties and tax structures of various countries, our online catalog cannot process an international order, but we are happy to help you if you call us at 1-845-658-7181 during business hours. Please be prepared to provide us with your shipping address so that we can provide you with a quote for shipping.  We do our best to estimate the total cost of your purchase, however you may still be responsible for duties and taxes on the items once they reach your country. 

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. Express, 2-Day and Overnight orders are only shipped Monday through Friday, before 10am, so please take that into account when placing your order, that may add 1-2 days to the ship time of your order

For commercial and larger racks, we may choose to ship them via Freight carrier. If we ship via Freight, your delivery will require an appointment. You will receive a call approximately 24 hours prior to delivery. Please make sure that your Shipping Address and contact phone number are accurate when placing your order. If an order must be re-routed there will be additional shipping charges

We can ship internationally but will likely have to provide you with a shipping quote based on your specific location. We are here Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).

In stock items generally ship within 2 business days upon receipt of your order.  Wooden cellar racking kits and wooden commercial fixtures are built to order and have a 2-4 week lead time.  Custom wine racks can have a 2-8 week production lead time. For current lead times, please contact Customer Service at (845) 658-7181. We will notify you upon receipt of the order what your specific lead time is expected to be.  WineRacks.com does not guarantee any estimated ship date and cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed due to production changes or Acts of God.

Items listed as FREE SHIPPING

Periodically, we offer Free Shipping on products in our online catalog.  Any item listed as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" will only be shipped within the continental United States for free with the exception of our Commercial (Wood & Wire) Retail Store Fixtures.  Because our commercial racking must ship via Freight carrier, and rates are changing constantly, our online system cannot calculate the shipping for these racks.  We will contact you upon receipt of your order to notify you of the shipping costs.

Items shipping to APO or FPO addresses as well as to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or internationally will have shipping charges added.  Our online catalog will not charge you shipping when you make your purchase, but we will contact you prior to shipment of your product to notify you of any additional shipping charges.  Full payment of shipping charges must be received prior to shipment.

Wine Racking Kits

Standard Warranty
Our wine racking kits (Premium Cellar Series, Advantage Cellar Series, Value Cellar Series & Wood Commercial Racking) are guaranteed against defect in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the initial date of shipment.  Any mechanical components included (hinges, casters) will have a one(1) year warranty.  If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, WineRacks.com will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty sets forth RetailWineRacks.com's maximum liability for its products and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not RetailWineRacks.com racking, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations.

Return Policy
We are very proud of the quality of our wine racks and will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your racking purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your racks, you may return them to us within 30 days, for a refund or credit. Racks must be unassembled, unused and in original packaging.  Racks that have been altered in any way from their original specifications (ex. pieces shortened, reinforced, painted, stained etc.) are not returnable. Please call our Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization and the correct return address. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the wrong items were shipped or merchandise arrived damaged. We can issue a call tag for your merchandise, and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount of your credit.

Custom Wine Racks and Custom Wine Cellars

Return Policy
Each of our custom wine racks and cellars is designed and manufactured per customer to their own specific requirements.  Due to the custom nature of the product, custom cellar components cannot be re-used or put into inventory for another customer.  Therefore, custom wine cellars are not returnable for any reason.  The order will go into production once we have received the required deposit and a copy of the signed Purchase Agreement.  If the cellar needs to be modified after the agreement is signed, The Purchaser will be charged a $75/hour redesign fee, plus the cost of any materials that have been cut that cannot be utilized in the redesigned cellar and Purchaser will be required to re-sign an updated Purchase Agreement.  If The Purchaser would like to cancel the cellar before it is shipped, the Purchaser will be refunded the deposit less a design fee and less the cost of any material that has been manufactured /cut.  In the event the cost of materials exceeds the deposit on hand, The Purchaser agrees to pay the remainder to cover the cost of those materials and can opt to have them shipped to an address of their choice at the purchaser's expense or have discard them at no additional charge.

Metal Shelving and Wire Retail Store Fixtures

Our wire retail store fixtures are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers, and therefore subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on any returns.    If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 Days of date of shipment.  Product must be returned unaltered and unused in original packaging.  Returns will not be accepted without authorization.  Call us toll-free: 888-687-2517 for Return Authorization and the proper return shipping address.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the cost of the item less the 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges within 90 days.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping unless the product was shipped in error or arrived damage.  Please inspect packages prior to signing for acceptance. ALWAYS SIGN BILLS OF LADING AS "DAMAGE UNKNOWN" even if packages appear to be in good condition.  The manufacturers may not accept returns of damaged merchandise if signed for as being in good condition.
